Rebecca Holland

Rebecca Holland has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Rebecca began their career as a Human Resources Assistant/Advisor at Thomas Miller in January 2001, where they worked until March 2004. Following this, they joined The Telegraph in March 2004 as a Human Resources Manager and held this position until February 2013. From March 2013 to September 2015, Rebecca served as the Head of HR at The Telegraph. Rebecca then transitioned to the role of Head of Benefits & Wellbeing from October 2015 to February 2019. Subsequently, they served as the Head of HR Operations from February 2019 to October 2021. Currently, Rebecca holds the position of Head of Engagement & Wellbeing at The Telegraph, starting in October 2021.
