Roger Pierce

Roger Pierce is an experienced financial professional with a deep background in accounting and financial operations across various organizations. Currently serving as the Corporate Director of Finance at The TemPositions Group of Companies, Roger leads a finance staff and oversees all financial operations. Previously, Roger held key financial leadership roles including Head of Finance and Human Resources at Natural Areas Conservancy, Director of Administration and Finance at MAPC, and Chief Financial Officer at RSR Partners. Roger's earlier experiences also include positions at AECOM and Russell Reynolds Associates, contributing significantly to financial reporting, treasury management, and organizational growth throughout a distinguished career. Roger holds a BA in Economics from Kenyon College and has further education from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
