Mot Trevor Caulkins Otr/L Rehab Director

Trevor Caulkins, MOT, OTR/L, serves as the Rehab Director at Red River Rehab since December 2021. With extensive experience in occupational therapy, Trevor maintains PRN roles at several healthcare facilities including The Therapy Center, Savoy Care Center, LHC Group, Savoy Medical Center, and Intrepid USA Healthcare Services. Previously, Trevor held the position of Rehab Director/Occupational Therapist with HealthPRO Heritage and TMC: Therapy Management Corporation. Trevor earned a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Mississippi State University. Early education was completed at Clewiston High School. Notably, Trevor completed a twelve-week Fieldwork II experience at Mercy Regional Medical Center, focusing on patient evaluation and care planning.
