Ionela Mihalcea

Ionela Victoria Mihalcea has a diverse work experience in event management and hospitality. Ionela Victoria currently works at The Things Industries as an Events and Partnerships Manager, where they are responsible for organizing and managing various events. Prior to this, they founded Strawberry Events, a freelance event management company focused on creative and tech communities. Ionela Victoria also founded One Urban Love, an art project that sells products like postcards and books. Ionela has also worked at Etergo as an Events and Partnerships Manager, where they designed and produced various events and managed logistics, budgets, and timelines. Ionela Victoria has also worked as a Project Assistant and Events Professional as a freelancer for clients such as Straw by Straw, Holland Financial Network, SoundCloud, and MisoTasty. Ionela has experience in the hospitality industry, having worked at Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam and NH Collection Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky. Ionela Victoria has also worked at TQ as an Events and Club Coordinator, where they managed the daily operations of the club. Ionela has experience in office management and sales, having worked at House Of Creative as an Office Manager and Sales Representative. Additionally, they have worked at SoundCloud as a Project Assistant, where they assisted with office relocation and other administrative tasks.

Ionela Victoria Mihalcea completed their Licentiate degree in Theatre Science-Cultural Management at Lucian Blaga University Sibiu, from 2007 to 2010. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in The Management of Cultural Institutions and Events. Theory and Practice at Lucian Blaga University - Sibiu, from 2010 to 2012.
