Shirley Randle

Shirley Randle is currently the Director of Operations at The Thinking Traveller since June 2023. Prior to this role, Shirley worked at The Wolseley Hospitality Group from March 2013 to March 2020, starting as the Head of Talent. Before that, Shirley held various managerial positions at companies like Corbin & King, Loungelover, Firmdale Hotels PLC, Caprice Holdings Ltd., 78 St Vincent, and Cotton Club. Shirley's academic background includes a Master's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Glasgow. Throughout Shirley's career, Shirley has gained extensive experience in the hospitality industry, showcasing their strong leadership and operational skills.
