Katie Weaver

Katie Weaver is a Project Representative at The Thrasher Group, a position held since April 2021, following experience as a Field Technician at CTL Engineering, Inc. from June 2015 to April 2021 and as a Surface Logger I at Empirica - ALS Oil and Gas from September 2014 to May 2015. Prior to that, Katie was a Field Geologist II at Nomac Services Geo, LLC, where geologic knowledge of the North Marcellus and Utica basins was applied. Katie commenced academic research at Kent State University, identifying and cataloging decapod crustaceans, contributing to a publication on decapod crustaceans of New Jersey and Delaware. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Geology and an Associate of Science in Zoology/Animal Biology, both from Kent State University. Knowledge in geologic formations includes the Utica and South Marcellus basins, along with proficiency in various gas monitoring software and equipment.
