Fredricka Sims

Fredricka Sims is a Clinical Team Lead at The Threshold Incorporated, with previous experience as an Outpatient Therapist at Streamwood Behavioral Healthcare System. Fredricka has also worked as a QIDP at Ray Graham Association and as a Mental Health Counselor at Adapt Of Illinois. Prior to this, Fredricka served as a Teacher Aid at Acacia Academy & The Achievement Centers, Inc. and as a Homess Youth Specialist at Rainbow House. Fredricka began their career as a Teacher at NEW BEGINNINGS DAYCARE. Fredricka holds a Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Walden University.
