Rick Wilbourn

Rick Wilbourn has over 20 years of experience in various human resources and recruiting roles, starting with Mentor 4, Inc. in 1999 as an Account Manager. From 2006 to 2016, Wilbourn worked as the Corporate Recruiting Manager at Dynetics, Inc. where they were responsible for college and technical recruiting, recruiting process management, and executing the full life cycle of recruiting. In 2016, Wilbourn joined CFD Research Corporation as HR and Recruiting Manager, eventually becoming the Director of Human Resources and then Vice President of Human Resources until February 2022. Wilbourn's most recent role is Vice President of Business Administration at TTGI, starting in February 2022.

Rick Wilbourn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, which they attended from 1994 to 1999.
