Sarah Hillman

Sarah Hillman is an accomplished technology and transformation executive with extensive experience in CRM and data strategies at The Travel Corporation, where leadership roles have included Director of Technology and Global Head of CRM and Data. Sarah has successfully overseen various technology-driven projects, including the Group-wide Customer Engagement strategy and a comprehensive CRM system replacement program. Additionally, Sarah contributes as a Board Member with the World Tourism Forum Lucerne, recognized as a Next Generation Leader. Prior experience includes managing an Agile web team at TUI Travel PLC and coordinating research on volcanic health hazards at the Institute of Hazard, Risk & Resilience. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Geological and Earth Sciences from Durham University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the same institution.
