Arlene Acosta Vargas

Arlene Acosta Vargas is a seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience at Travelers, currently serving as Senior Director and Product Owner of Claim Business Intelligence & Analytics. Arlene has led the development of data product portfolios and implemented the Objectives Key Results (OKRs) framework in collaboration with the Analytics Value Stream Lead. Previous roles at Travelers include coaching Agile teams, managing projects, and participating in the Technology Leadership Development Program, where several significant responsibilities were undertaken, such as leading modernization efforts for Claim Handling Platforms. Earlier experience includes internships in Business Intelligence and Product Management at The Travelers Companies Inc and Deloitte LLP, respectively. Arlene holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Information Systems from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
