Katrina Glover

Katrina Glover is an experienced design leader with a strong background in customer experience (CX) and service design. Currently serving as Senior Director - Experience Design Lead at Travelers since May 2022, Katrina previously held the position of Senior Director of Customer Experience Design at Freddie Mac, where leadership focused on transforming client relationships through data-driven insights. With prior experience as Vice President of Customer Excellence at Wells Fargo, Katrina specialized in service design to foster a positive shift in consumer lending, and has extensive experience at Capital One Investing in various managerial roles, focusing on client care, product management, and innovative solutions development. Katrina holds a degree from Chatham University, earned between 1985 and 1989.
