Mary Kycia

Mary Kycia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, workforce development, and underwriting services. Currently serving as Vice President of Learning and Development at Travelers, Mary previously held the position of Director of Workforce Development and Account Executive Officer. Prior roles at Aetna Casualty and Surety included Underwriting Services Manager for Select Accounts, Select Accounts Sales Representative, Marketing Representative, and Commercial Lines Underwriter. Mary Kycia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Connecticut School of Business between 1980 and 1984.
