Melanie Lawson

Melanie Lawson is an experienced business professional with a strong background in sales operations and management. Currently serving as a Business Process Manager and previously as a Sales Operations Manager at Travelers since October 2013, Melanie holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification. Prior experience includes the role of Retail Sales Manager at U.S. Cellular from November 2010 to October 2013, where responsibilities included managing a team of 6-10 employees and successfully planning community events. At Verizon Wireless, from July 2001 to March 2009, Melanie excelled as a Store Manager, earning the Winner’s Circle Award for five consecutive years and achieving high scores in various performance metrics. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English Language and Literature from Radford University, completed between 1994 and 1996.
