Karen Morgret

Karen Morgret has extensive experience in vocational services and quality assurance, currently serving as the Director of Vocational Services and Quality Assurance at The Outcomes Service since February 2008. Morgret has developed organizational policies, trained and supervised staff, and completed program surveys for CARF International. Previous roles include leadership positions at Linden Resources, Inc., Information Technology International, Mainstream, Inc., and the Maryland Assisted Living Association, among others. Education includes a Master’s Degree in General Administration/Human Resource Administration from the University of Maryland University College and various certifications related to employment supports and developmental disabilities.
