David Furio

David Furio is an experienced professional in the hospitality and building automation industries. As a Partner at The Big Chill Beach Club and Left's Alley & Eats since February 2016, David has contributed to the successful openings of both establishments in Spring 2017. David also holds the position of Account Executive at The Tri-M Group, LLC, where 21 years of expertise in Building Automation Control and Life Safety & Security Systems is demonstrated through sales account and project management. Additionally, David is a Partner at Crooked Hammock Brewpub and was the Co-Owner and Founder of AAA & L Properties, LLC, managing three apartment buildings in Delaware. David’s career began at The Franklin Company as an Instrument Technician, where valuable experience in quality control instrumentation was gained. Educational qualifications include an Applied Science degree in Electronics from DeVry Institute of Technology, along with an Electronic Technician Diploma.
