Phillip Pieretti

Phillip Pieretti is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in electrical construction, project administration, and energy market analysis. Currently serving as Project Manager at The Tri-M Group, LLC since May 2022, Phillip effectively manages multi-year, multi-million-dollar projects, utilizing skills in resource, procurement, and schedule management. Previously, as Project Administrator at M. Davis & Sons, Phillip was responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules in Primavera P6, enhancing construction efficiency through critical path analysis. Phillip's earlier roles include Transportation Representative at New Jersey Resources, where valuable insights into market fundamentals were provided, and Research Analyst at the Penn State Marcellus Center for Outreach and Research, where advanced analytical skills were applied to energy source comparisons. Phillip began a career in project management and team leadership at Pieretti’s Landfeatures, delivering successful landscape design projects. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Energy, Business and Finance from The Pennsylvania State University.
