Monica Chi

Monica Chi is the Managing Partner at The Trium Group, where Monica leads a strategy, executive coaching and leadership consulting firm. Prior to this role, Monica held positions at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as a Special Assistant, where Monica worked on transforming the organization post-9/11, and at REDF as a Farber Intern, providing advisory services for social enterprises. Monica also worked as a Consultant at Accenture, focusing on merger integration and organizational design. Monica holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Human Biology from Stanford University.
