Monique Balzer, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Monique Balzer has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Monique most recently worked at The Trium Group as a People Operations Manager starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of Employee Growth at JustAnswer from October 2021 to September 2022. Monique also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Providence from July 2021 to October 2021. Before that, they gained experience as an HR Consultant at The ABD Team from June 2019 to July 2021. Monique also held the position of Director of Human Resources at the ACLU of Northern California from September 2017 to June 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Skywalker Properties Ltd. from February 2014 to September 2017, and as an HR Assistant at Lewis Brisbois from March 2008 to February 2014. Monique began their HR career as an HR Generalist at Intelligent Enterprise from February 2006 to November 2007.

Monique Balzer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Leadership from Humboldt State University. In November 2015, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In May 2016, they acquired the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM. Additionally, in August 2016, Monique obtained the Strategic HR Business Partner (sHRBP) certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI). Continuing to expand their knowledge, they obtained the Analytics in Talent Management (ATM) certification from HCI in October 2017. Most recently, in June 2019, they achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
