Erasmo Cantu

As the Senior Land & Development Analyst for the Austin market, Erasmo’s role is to identify and evaluate deal opportunities and manage the due diligence processes to successfully acquire property investments that align with the Company’s thesis. His main responsibilities include researching the Austin market, sourcing potential prospects, determining development feasibility, assisting with all aspects of due diligence, and building market relationships within Central Texas. Erasmo is an experienced land analyst in the Texas area and will be crucial in the growth of our new region.

Prior to joining TTLC, Erasmo was the Senior Land Manager at Richmond American Homes, where he led the Land Department for the Austin “start-up" Division. During his tenure, he was responsible for negotiating and acquiring land to build over 400 homes. He also led the due diligence process for new projects by managing consultants, organizing budgets & schedules, and interfacing with jurisdictions. Previously, Erasmo served as the Senior Land Financial Analyst for KB Home. While there, he worked closely with the Austin & Dallas development, sales and marketing, and construction teams for each acquisition. During his time at KB Home, he was responsible for underwriting multi-million land acquisitions and was a key contributor to the robust land share KB Home has in the Texas region.
