Jennifer Shiarla

Jennifer Shiarla has extensive experience in retirement plan administration and compliance, currently serving as a Compliance Specialist at The Trust Company of Tennessee since November 2016. Prior to this role, Jennifer held positions as a Senior Pension Administrator at United Retirement Plan Consultants and Cornerstone Group, overseeing complex pension calculations and account reconciliations. Jennifer’s career began at Buck Consultants as a Retirement Plan Transactions Processor, and continued with roles at Taylor/Webster, Inc., Access Retirement Services, LLC, and Midsouth Consulting Group, where responsibilities included plan document preparation and compliance research for a significant client base. Jennifer holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Middle Tennessee State University, further enhancing expertise in the retirement services field.
