Mardi McBrien

Mardi McBrien currently serves as the Chief of Strategic Affairs & Capacity Building at the IFRS Foundation and is a member of the XBRL International Board of Directors. McBrien is also an active member of the ICAEW Sustainability Committee and a board member of the Trusted Executive Fellowship. As a Fellow of the RSA, McBrien contributes to the organization’s mission of societal enrichment through innovative ideas and actions. Previous roles include Managing Director of the Climate Disclosure Standards Board and serving on the Advisory Panel of the Financial Reporting Council. McBrien holds a Master’s Degree in Agricultural Economics & Development from SOAS University of London, along with various other academic qualifications.
