Charles Adkins

Charles Adkins is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in policy analysis, advocacy, and legislative affairs. Currently serving as a School Board Member for Everett Public Schools, Charles has also held the position of Legislative Policy Analyst for The Tulalip Tribes since June 2022. Previous roles include Health Policy Director at Children's Alliance and independent contractor from June 2019 to June 2021. Additional experience includes roles as Regional Engagement Coordinator at The Mockingbird Society and Special Project Manager for Snohomish County Treasurer, among others. As Director of Legislative Affairs at Geoduck Student Union, Charles represented students at The Evergreen State College, advocating for their interests with local government and legislators. Charles holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Tribal Administration from The Evergreen State College, awarded in 2020.
