Katie Lancaster-Jones

Katie Lancaster-Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in administrative support and advocacy within Native American communities. Currently serving as Executive Recording Secretary and Board Staff Executive Assistant for The Tulalip Tribes since July 2017, Katie has cultivated a strong background in organizational operations. Previous roles include Probation Assistant for Tulalip Tribes, Site Manager and English Tutor at Northwest Indian College, and Behavioral Health/Parent Advocate with a focus on supporting families impacted by Indian Child Welfare. Earlier in their career, Katie worked in customer service and cash handling at Tulalip Resort Casino. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Tribal Governance and Business Management, along with degrees in Chemical Dependency and an Associate of Arts degree from Northwest Indian College.
