Rochelle Lubbers

Rochelle Lubbers has extensive leadership experience, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of The Tulalip Tribes since October 2008, including a tenure as Interim Chief Executive Officer, where there has been a focus on guiding the Tribe through transitions. Prior to this role, Rochelle held various positions at Washington State University Extension, including Chief Administrative Officer and Program Educator. Rochelle's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Washington and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Oregon.
