Laura Pileggi

Laura Pileggi has extensive experience in operations and client service roles within various organizations. Currently serving as an Operations Support Specialist at The Tustin Group since June 2020, Laura has also held positions as an Administrative Assistant and Service Coordinator. Prior to this, Laura worked as a Client Service Associate at Ascensus from October 2017 to June 2020, where responsibilities included addressing participant inquiries and managing sensitive information. Laura's earlier experience includes a role as a Customer Advocate Support Professional at MedRisk Inc., focusing on patient therapy progression and authorization processes. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies with a concentration in Leadership and Public Advocacy from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, completed in 2015, and graduated from Methacton High School in 2011.
