Clay Cederquist

Clay Cederquist currently serves as the Wholesale Account Manager at The Ugly Company Inc. since May 2023. Concurrently, Clay holds the position of Professor of Communication at Dodge City Community College since August 2018, teaching courses in Public Speaking and Interpersonal Communications while contributing to hiring efforts within the Communications and Athletics departments. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Branch Manager and Sales Account Executive at SiteOne Landscape Supply, LLC. from February 2021 to April 2023, where Clay led a team, managed key customer accounts, and coached branch associates to enhance performance. Additionally, Clay worked as Business Development Manager for DEC Farms from July 2018 to December 2022, managing sales initiatives and vendor negotiations. An earlier position as Assistant Baseball Coach at San Jose State University involved recruitment and skills development for players. Clay holds a Master of Arts in Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from California State University-Sacramento, as well as an Associate of Arts from Fresno City College.
