Philip Tan, IHRP-CP, has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as Assistant Manager Human Resources at The Ultimate Group of Companies since March 2014. Previous roles include HR Executive at Star Petrotech Pte Ltd and HR Personnel at San's Tour & Car Rentals, along with a position as Training Executive at AKC Pte Ltd. Philip holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from University Malaysia Terengganu and a Specialist Diploma in Enhance in Human Resource Skills from Singapore Polytechnic.
