Crystal Tanfield has worked in various roles in the hospitality and events industry since 2002. Crystal began as an Independent Event Consultant, working for clients at events around the Tri-State Area. In 2003, they became Store Manager at Exotic Flowers and More. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as an Environmental Scientist at Sadat Associates, Inc., conducting preliminary site inspections and creating reports for the DEP. In 2008, they became Events, Membership & Marketing Director at the Raquet Club of Philadelphia, where they drove membership by creating memorable experiences and launching a software program to segment and personalize experiences.
