Michael Brown

Michael Brown has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and employment. Michael'smost recent role was as a Senior Director of Human Resources at the United Way of Greater Cleveland, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director for the City of Twinsburg from October 2020 to March 2022. From 2012 to 2020, Michael held various positions within the HR department at Cuyahoga County, including Manager of Talent Acquisition and Employment, HR Manager, Employee Relations Specialist, and Human Resources Generalist. Michael also served as an Executive Assistant to the Deputy Director of HR.

Michael Brown attended Miami University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Philosophy degree. Michael pursued Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Human Resources and Diversity Consulting during their time at the university.
