Jeffrey R. Cross

Jeffrey R. Cross is an experienced communications professional with a diverse background in corporate and organizational communications. Currently serving as the Chair of the Communications Committee at The University Club of Washington, DC, Jeffrey leads efforts to enhance the club's external profile and internal communications for this historic membership organization. As a member of the Executive Committee and Chair of the Communications and Marketing Committee for the Bucknell University Alumni Association, Jeffrey contributes to alumni engagement and has played a pivotal role in addressing social issues through targeted messaging. With previous roles at the US Commerce Department's Census Office, IBM, and Takeda Pharmaceutical Company, Jeffrey has demonstrated expertise in crisis communications, brand management, and corporate reputation enhancement across global markets. Jeffrey holds a BA in Economics from Bucknell University and an MBA from Western Connecticut State University.
