Ramona Burroughs is the Director of Employment and Employee Relations at The University of Alabama in Huntsville. Ramona has over twenty years of experience in Human Resources, including seventeen years at the University of Michigan. At Michigan, they served as the Director of HR Strategy, overseeing staff workforce planning efforts for the organization. Ramona also directed talent planning for mission critical positions and led planning teams for new hospital and health center activations.
