Tiffini N. Grimes has a diverse work experience in the sports industry, starting with an internship at Maximum Sports Management in 2004. Tiffini N. then served as a Corporate Development Intern at the Houston Texans from 2006 to 2008. In 2007, they joined Valparaiso University Sports Law Clinic as a Student Associate, where they managed a caseload of athlete clientele and assisted with precedent-setting cases until 2009. Tiffini N. then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, English, and Organizational Leadership & Supervision at Purdue University from 2001 to 2005.
