Candyce Kelshall

Candyce Kelshall is a seasoned professional in intelligence and security studies with significant leadership roles, including Vice Chair of the Canadian Intelligence Network and Founder/Director of the Canadian Centre for Identity-Based Conflict. Kelshall serves as a lecturer at the Justice Institute of British Columbia and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Buckingham, focusing on advanced analytical techniques and terrorism. As Chief Executive of AQ-IQ, Kelshall utilizes AI and big data for environmental trend analysis to support law enforcement. Additionally, Kelshall holds editorial responsibilities as Editor in Chief of the Journal of Intelligence, Conflict and Warfare and has an extensive academic background including a DPhil from the University of Buckingham. Previous experience includes directing training for specialist military units and police, as well as teaching various courses at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
