Betsy Rahill Pegan

Betsy Rahill PeGan is currently the Executive Director of Talent Strategy and Experience at UChicago Medicine. Betsy has a background in talent acquisition and workforce development, with experience in leadership recruitment and community partnerships. Betsy has worked at various healthcare organizations in roles such as Senior Consultant and Talent Acquisition Consultant, focusing on employer branding and diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. Betsy holds a BS in Psychology and Communications from Fordham University and completed the Executive Program for Emerging Leaders at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
