Talia Rose

Talia Rose is a highly skilled engineer and researcher currently serving as a Senior Research Officer at The University of Queensland, where Talia implements artificial intelligence algorithms for melanoma detection in collaboration with the Australian Centre for Excellence in Melanoma Imaging and Diagnosis. Previous roles include leadership positions at Vaxxas and Engineering World Health, focusing on medical devices and international health programs, and teaching roles at universities. Talia's extensive experience also includes co-coordinating engineering training programs for students in Nepal and Cambodia, leading outreach initiatives with Engineers Without Borders, and engaging in academic tutoring. Talia holds dual bachelor's degrees in Engineering (Honours) and Science from The University of Queensland, along with additional study at Dalian Neusoft University of Information and the National University of Singapore.
