Gerrica Caldwell, M.S., SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Talent Management at the University of Tennessee Foundation, Inc., having progressed through various roles including Assistant Director of Talent Management and Human Resources Generalist since August 2020. Previously, Gerrica held the position of Manager of Human Resources at Stokes Lighting & Electric and worked as a Talent Specialist at Pilot Flying J. Extensive experience includes creating onboarding processes, managing personnel files in compliance with state regulations, and optimizing subcontract closeout procedures at Oak Ridge National Laboratory.
