Wendy L. Moore

Wendy L. Moore is an experienced Nurse Practitioner currently serving at the University of Texas System since April 2015. Previously, Wendy worked at the Medical College of Wisconsin Pain Management Center from July 2013 to September 2014, and at Revi Wellness, LLC from October 2012 to March 2013. Prior to these roles, Wendy gained valuable experience as a Hispanic Health RN and Team Care Coordinator at ProHealth Care/Waukesha Family Practice Residency Program from June 2000 to August 2011, and as a Labor & Delivery RN at ProHealth Care/Waukesha Memorial Hospital from June 1999 to June 2000. Wendy holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner from Concordia University-Wisconsin (2007-2011), and dual Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degrees from Carroll University and Columbia College of Nursing (1994-1999), with additional studies in Spanish and Psychology.
