Brian W. Arnold

Brian applies his general construction and prime contractor background to the operational functionality of each UP Company. His particular insight of General Contractor and Owner expectations as it relates to subcontractors gives Brian an added advantage in relaying the necessary viewpoint to their staff. Under Brian’s leadership, their business model has proven to create a very positive experience for their customers.

Brian earned A.A.S. and B.S. degrees in Construction Technologies and Advanced Technical Studies from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. He is a tenured construction professional who has held positions ranging from Senior Estimator, Project Manager, General Manager, and Executive Vice President at two of Engineering News Record Top 300 Contractors. He was also named a “40 Under 40” recipient by the St. Louis Business Journal.

Brian enjoys active family life. He is also active in his church and men’s ministry, various local church and charitable endeavors, and enjoys boating and outdoor sporting activities.
