Angela Han

Angela Han is an accomplished professional in customer success and leadership, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Interim Customer Leader at Stensul since December 2023. Angela has extensive experience as a Partner at NextGen Venture Partners since June 2018 and has held several Chief Customer Officer roles at companies including Upside, Retain.ai, Pluralsight, and PlayerLync. Prior to these positions, Angela was Vice President of Customer Success & Professional Services at SendGrid and Vice President of Global Customer Success at Ping Identity. Additionally, roles at Concur, Wowza Media Systems, and other organizations have contributed to a strong foundation in client development and customer relations. Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology-Psychology from Middlebury College and an MBA from Babson College.
