Hadley Douglas

Hadley Douglas has a strong background in the wine and spirits industry. Hadley is currently the Co-Founder and President of The Urban Grape, a full-scale wine, spirits, and craft beer store known for its hospitality, service, and curated selection. Hadley is also the Co-Founder of The Urban Grape Wine Studies Award for Students of Color. Hadley previously held the role of Owner at The Urban Grape, where they developed the store's trademarked Progressive Scale system and authored a wine education book called Drink Progressively!. Their experience spans over a decade, with their tenure at The Urban Grape starting in 2010.
