Jesse Starr

Jesse Starr, MBA, has extensive experience in both government and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Bureau of Consular Affairs Federal Passport Specialist at the U.S. Department of State since December 2015, Jesse has achieved a Secret clearance and completed various fraud training courses. Additionally, Jesse has been a Patient Care Representative at The Urgent Care, LLC since May 2014, contributing to a well-trained staff dedicated to high-quality patient care. Previously, Jesse won the 2017 IDEAcorps MBA Consulting Challenge and held various roles with New Orleans Friends of Music, Loyola University New Orleans, and Fast Youth Records, where Jesse was a musician and co-founded a marketing company. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and a BBA in Music Business and Marketing from Loyola University New Orleans, as well as an International Baccalaureate diploma from Jakarta Intercultural School.
