Paul Kollesoff

Paul Kollesoff has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Paul is currently working as the General Manager at Perfect Day since September 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded The Urgent Company in April 2020.

From 2015 to 2020, Paul served as the Vice President of Product Strategy at Glanbia Nutritionals, where they had full P&L responsibility for multiple strategic business areas. Paul enjoyed working in a great team and played a key role in scaling the company.

Before Glanbia Nutritionals, Paul worked as the Sales & Marketing Director at Aseptic Solutions USA from November 2012 to March 2015. From May 2008 to November 2012, they were the Business Development Manager for Nutritionals at Glanbia.

Prior to their time at Glanbia, Paul held various positions at Croda. Paul served as the Marketing Manager Healthcare from August 2006 to April 2008. Before that, they worked as the Business Development Manager Healthcare from June 2005 to August 2006. Paul started their career at Croda as the Export Sales Manager from January 2004 to June 2005.

Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated their skills in strategy, product development, sales, marketing, and business development.

Paul Kollesoff attended the University of Nottingham from 1998 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in Chemistry. Paul then enrolled at The Open University from 2002 to 2004 to obtain a Diploma in Management.
