Marianne V. Montes

Marianne Villanueva is an HR Administrator with experience in monitoring accounts, identifying outstanding account receivables, investigating historical data for debts and bills, processing payments and refunds, resolving billing and credit issues, contacting clients about overdue payments, updating account status records, and preparing reports on collection activities and progress. Prior to their current role, Marianne worked as a Collections Specialist and a Verifier Specialist in different companies. Marianne holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Emilio Aguinaldo College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Human Behavior and Psychological Function from San Sebastian College - Recoletos de Cavite.
