Jason Ciavarro (Jay)

Jason (Jay) Ciavarro is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in real estate, construction, and consulting. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Garden State Pavement Solutions, Jason also holds positions as a Licensed Luxury Real Estate Specialist and Realtor, focusing on investments and luxury markets. Previous leadership roles include President of Supreme Metro Consulting and Executive Vice President of Advanced Pavement Group, where Jason oversaw operations in asphalt and concrete services. As the founder of Green Ways Plus, Jason advanced environmentally friendly de-icing solutions in the agricultural sector. Jason began military service with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers shortly after the September 11 attacks, contributing to operations in Kuwait and Iraq. Jason's educational background includes training with the Army Corps of Engineers and studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
