Cat Middleton is a General Partner at The Venture Collective, an early-stage venture firm focused on investing in high-growth companies with potential solutions to major global challenges. In addition, Cat serves as a Fund Advisor for both W Fund and ADP, promoting investments in tech-enabled startups led by women and enhancing workplace solutions, respectively. As a founding member of Chief and Kindred, Cat contributes to empowering women in leadership and redefining corporate decision-making.
