Nicola Hughes

Nicola Hughes has over 14 years of work experience, primarily in the digital marketing and performance management field. Nicola is currently working as a Digital Marketing Lead - Affiliates & Display at The Very Group since July 2021. Prior to this role, Nicola worked at Shop Direct for 8 years, where they held various positions including Affiliates Lead, Affiliates Manager, Digital Performance Manager, and Paid Search Performance Manager. Before joining Shop Direct, Nicola worked as a Campaign Planning Manager and Customer Acquisition Manager at the same company, starting in 2007.

Nicola Hughes pursued a Retail Marketing BA (hons) 2:1 degree from The Manchester Metropolitan University. Prior to that, they attended Crompton House in Oldham.
