Halima Ali

Halima Ali currently serves as the Manager of Women's Health at The View Hospital since February 2023, following a role as a Clinical Midwife at Sidra Medicine from April 2018 to January 2023, where services focused on holistic evidence-based practice in the Labour ward and OB Triage, including care for VVIPs. Previous experience at Croydon Health Services NHS Trust from 2012 to March 2018 included roles as Birth Centre Lead Midwife, Birth Centre Midwife, Practice Development Midwife, and Caseload Midwife, emphasizing care for homebirth clients and pregnant teenagers. Halima's clinical expertise spans various midwifery areas, with notable achievements in supporting the transition to electronic health records and conducting unit audits for patient care improvement.
