Junior Borges

Junior Borges has a diverse background in culinary roles. Junior began their career as a Chef de Cuisine at Uchi Dallas in January 2014 and held the position until December 2015. From April 2016 to April 2018, they served as the Executive Chef at The Joule. Most recently, in July 2019, they joined The Village Dallas as the Vice President of Culinary.
