Morgan Dillon has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. They have most recently worked at The Village Dallas as the Vice President of Food & Beverage since November 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Operations at 50 Eggs Hospitality Group from April 2021 to November 2022. Morgan also served as the Director of Restaurants at Thompson Hotels- Two Roads Hospitality from October 2020 to April 2021. Before that, they worked as the General Manager at Union Square Hospitality Group from September 2019 to October 2020. Morgan gained extensive experience as a General Manager at Hillstone Restaurant Group from October 2014 to September 2019. They started their career at Twin River Casino as a Maitre'd from November 2012 to June 2014 and worked as a Server and Host at GoFish! Seafood from September 2008 to August 2011.

Morgan Dillon attended Johnson & Wales University from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Food & Beverage Management. In addition to their degree, Morgan obtained a TIPS Certification from the Professional Bartending Schools of America in July 2013 and a ServSafe Certification from the National Restaurant Association in September 2011.
