Sonia Robinson

Sonia joined the Visiting Nurse Association in March 2020 as the managing director of human resources. Prior to joining the Visiting Nurse Association, Sonia served as a senior human resources partner for the strategic corporate services team at Baylor Scott and White, the largest nonprofit healthcare system in Texas. She also served as the lead North Texas division human resources partner for one of the region’s largest providers, Medical City Healthcare. Sonia brings several years of diverse experience in multiple HR disciplines from other Fortune 500 companies such as Accenture, FedEx and Texas Instruments. Sonia earned a Master of Science degree in organizational human resource development, a graduate certificate in conflict resolution and satisfied the Texas Roundtable mediation hours from Abilene Christian University. She enjoys coaching other professionals, facilitating and training, and is a dedicated writer empowering and motivating individuals to be successful business partners and entrepreneurs.
